Jane Kilpatrick AISTD
Jane is the brains behind Physiosculpt@Work which she founded in 2004.
With her unique background as a fundraising professional most recently
at the British Homeopathic Association and her formal training as a ballet
dancer and teacher at the prestigious Vacani School of Dancing in London,
Jane not only has a fundamental understanding of the importance and benefits
of individual wellbeing but also extensive knowledge of therapies and
health practice. Jane’s expertise lay in marketing, PR and new business
strategy. Working at senior management level in the charity health sector
has also informed the principles of our business which is now positioned
as a leader within its market.
HR Director:
Rachel Newman MCIPD
Rachel is our HR Guru. Her breadth of experience spans International retail
organisations through to arts organisations in the not for profit sector.
Rachel has extensive experience of change management, training and development
and Organisational Culture. Her in-depth understanding of the importance
of HR strategies linked to corporate objectives offers invaluable insight
into the development of people strategies that fit the business. Her passion
lay in achieving optimal performance through people and as a qualified
coach she is skilled in working with individuals and organisations to
assist them in achieving their goals.
Finance Director: Richard Dare, FCCA
The Money Man. With 10 years post qualification experience Richard has
a wide breadth of commercial and technical experience gained both in public
practice and commercial environments.
He trained in practice in London before relocation to a large independent
firm in Southampton where he managed medium sized company and FTSE 100
Audits and was part of the Corporate Finance Team.
Richard's commercial
experience was gained with a company that had both distribution sites
and retail shops. When he joined the business the operations were based
solely in the UK but within 6 years the company turnover had grown by
500% and had operations in 5 different countries including the US, Canada,
Holland and Scotland. Growth came both organically and by way of acquisition.
When he moved to his current role Richard was the EMEA Financial Controller
and Financial Accountant for the Group.
Non-Executive Board members
Jo Dale MSc, BA, CIPD
Jo is an organisational development consultant with 16 successful years
of experience helping organisations with employee development. Originally
a languages graduate, Jo became interested in the complex relationship
between organisations and their employees and went on to study and complete
an MSc in Organisational Behavior.
Jo has held a number
of roles ranging from selection and marketing at London Business School
to strategic graduate recruitment at Merrill Lynch. Projects in the past
have included providing change management support for a global outsourcing
exercise, management development coaching in a merger environment, Board-level
facilitation and on-going talent management and succession-planning consultancy.
Jo’s key focus is to help leaders and managers improve productivity.
Jo works with a number of public and private sector clients on leadership
development. Jo is pragmatic and insightful of the challenges that organisations
face and has the skill to deliver solutions in a creative and positive
manner.
Chris Watkins
Chris has an Honours Degree in Business & Marketing and many years
experience in the publishing business. in Leeds. As Managing Director
in 1974 he grew his first company to include three retail shops, a library
book supply company and a book wholesaler which has later sold to an Edinburgh
based plc. As Group Managing Director of the enlarged library bookselling
group which then included ‘The Morley Book Company’ (later
known as The Cypher Group) he managed and controlled sales in excess of
£35m.
Chris has also held Managing Director posts at Coutts Information Services Ltd and John Smith & Son Group Ltd and was appointed Head of Central Services, responsible for Operations, I.T., Human Resources and the estate’s property portfolio.
