Well@Work WELLBEING GAP ANALYSIS
The Well@Work Wellbeing Gap Analysis will compare actual performance with desired performance of your health and wellbeing strategy and programmes. This analysis first involves observing and documenting current activity that establishes a benchmark against CIPD and WELCOA standards. We then capture desired outcomes are compare them to the current levels to determine the gap. This also forms part of the business improvement processes activity to help identify operational deficiencies that can be addressed, potentially through training or other wellbeing productivity adaptations.
We focus on 3 key areas of wellbeing performance gap analysis each of which assess the change management aspects of delivering wellbeing improvement.

Performance
We examine the particular aspects of your organisation for health and wellbeing problems and suggest solutions for these problems. It is a diagnosis-oriented analysis that pinpoints where your organization is performing below average to current health and social economic conditions.

Definition
We seek to identify the performance gap within a real situation, usually from a business perspective, to see how your organisation, department or line manager can reach wellbeing goals. The aim in the performance gap analysis is to identify the distance between the current wellbeing situation and the desired wellbeing situation.
