One of the best ways we can make a difference to your organization and employees is by being an on site presence, directly encouraging your employees to participate in health and exercise classes and providing the direct facilitation support you need firsthand. All of our fitness and wellbeing instructors are highly experienced and provide the right touch of motivation, encouragement and patience.
With a focus on fitness and wellbeing at work we can help many people meet their personal health goals, such as beginning a physical activity program or utilizing physical activity to reduce health risk for diabetes or heart disease. For many people the cost of expensive gyms are out of their reach and even on-site company gyms don't provide the range of facilities to cater for the wellness requirements for mixed ages, ability and capability. The Well@Work class participants work with exercise specialists to achieve an exercise regime which meets their needs and provides successful results.
